User Accounts

• Each account must be held by one person only, and each person may hold only one account.

Also important:

• User accounts are non-transferable.
• Comments should be made only to further the sale process:
  • Negative comments are strictly disallowed; any accusations of fraud or theft should be dealt with through the Support process.
  • Frivolous comments are discouraged.
• Users should take due care and perform due diligence when interested in a website.
• Users who are banned by the administration can expect no refund of any monies paid.

Copyright Law

Various laws which apply to content on 97DollarSites include the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (USA) and the Copyright Act (Australia).

These laws provide for a takedown notice to be filed with 97DollarSites which will result in the immediate removal of content. In order to do this, you must hold the copyright to the content in question and be prepared to state this in a court of law. Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the 97DollarSites Web Site and clicking the "Pay with PayPal" button.

When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number. We will do this by email.

By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any Products; however 97DollarSites will make every effort to supply Products to you. Supply Of Your Products

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.

When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm delivery of each item.

Delivery Of Your Products

Delivery time can takes up to 48 hours from the time your payment is received.

In all instances estimated delivery time for your Product is immidiate after payment confirmation.

Force Majeure

97DollarSites shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 97DollarSites, and 97DollarSites shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

97DollarSites reserves the right to remove any listing, bid, offer or comment from the system at its own discretion.
